I just wanted to remind everyone that the Carlsonics CD release party is this Friday at the Black Cat. Washington Social Club and Thee Snuff Project will also be playing.

What kind of a person would name their band "Thee Snuff Project"? Is that supposed to intrigue people or something? Chewing tobacco is gross.

I think you underestimate the versatility of "snuff" Rhett.

Or perhaps you were merely trying to snuff the band's name.

If you pay attention to the setlist,I believe Carlsonics will be doing at least one GBV cover.

I will be there tonight. I haven't seen Thee Snuff Project yet, but I have heard good things. I think I will have to stop by Corruption, the dance night downstairs, for some gay music to counteract all the R&R.
