Will be at the David Gray show tomorrow night, how early should we arrive to ensure a good place in line - our tickets are at the will call window… also - no dress code, but what is the standard -casual/jeans?

As long as you are clothed and shod everything will be fine. As to what time to arrive that is impossible to answer. There might be a line started at 11:00 AM and maybe none until right before doors. You might want to consider driving by in the early afternoon to do a little recon.
