Handicap parking at V-fest

I have a few questions…

1. How much is it? I do have handicap tags on my car. Not a placard but actual tags.

2. How do I obtain such parking? Do I buy it in advance (if so where?) or do I buy it the days of the festival?

ps- how far in advance should I show up the morning of the festival for parking?

Go to lot 1 on corner of Park Heights and Belvedere Ave. cost is $25 cash, ask parking lot staff to direct you to the handicap parking.
