i purchased a 2 day GA ticket for Virgin Festival AND i purchased a 2 day parking ticket for the show too.
i was charged for both tickets.
Just recently, my Ticket for the Festival arrived in the mail, but my parking ticket has not arrived yet.
i would've assumed since both the parking ticket and the Festival ticket were in the same order, they should have both been delivered to me.
who should i contact about this?
