i know there has been talk with the dc government outlawing/regulating non vendor ticket sales. is it, or is it not, illegal to sell your extra ticket in front of the 930 club at or below the face value? i think its legal, as long as its at or under face value, but i'm not certain.

it is fine as long as you are charging face value or less.
