first - how early does the 9th street lot open? (ie for the toad show wednesday march 5th) could i park there as early as noon?<BR>second - what is the club like? new to va/dc area, just curious of set-up/style etc - <BR>thanks for your help

1. The lot opens an hour before doors usually. During the day the lot is used by Howard University.<BR>2. We are a general admission standing room only club with three floors: the Backbar, main floor and balcony.
