1. Are there plans to add an opening act or will it just be a night of Mr. Richman?
2. What time might we expect Mr. Richman to go onstage?

At his juncture it will most likely be an evening with, with doors at 7:30 and the show starting at 8:30 or 9:00.

No support act. Doors at 7:30 with the show commencing at 9:00 PM.
