I'm planning on leaving DC around 6:30 to go out to Merriweather. Will I hit rush hour?

It seems like it is always rush hour around here…

You might want to pose this question over in gen pop to see if there is anybody over there who has more experience with that drive than we do over here in the FAQ shoe.
