After I ordered my tickets (for the Oct. 2 Grandaddy show, if that's relevant), I got this message:
You must bring your confirmation e-mail receipt, picture ID, and credit card used to purchase the tickets online. Without your picture ID and either the e-mail receipt or credit card used to purchase the tickets, you may be denied entry to the event and no refund will be issued.
I have two problems: One, my ID doesn't match the credit card because I used my mom's credit card. Is this okay? We do have the same last name.
Two, I mysteriously lost my email receipt, but I did happen to save the confirmation screen that came up after I clicked order. It has the order number, the artist, the price, the number of tix, the type of tix. Will this suffice?
