Problem with Tickets.com

ok, so I was buying tix for the CAKE show on January 21st. Everything was going great until I reached the billing part of the process where the screen just returned to its previous state and gave me a message saying seats were no longer available.

Is my ticket still reserved? is there anything I can do to return to the billing part?

I cannot miss that show for anything, could somebody PLEASE help me with this? I'm dying here.
