EOS-20D (same size as a 35mm SLR): these okay? Also… leave the bag in the car, or… ?

No pro cameras will be permitted, so if your camera has a big zoom lens or interchangeable lenses or video capabilities or the guy at the door deems it too pro for the evening it will not be permitted. If your camera isn't allowed in you can check it at the box office rather than returning it to your car. If you do have a camera bag then you should leave it at home or in the trunk so as not to make your car a potential target for getting broken into. Unless you have prepurchased a ticket for the parking lot behind the club in which case your car will be fine.
