Can I just confirm if I have this right (using the Crash Boom Bang show as an example):

If I buy through Ticketfly, I pay $12/ticket + $4.75/ticket + $4
If I come to the box office I pay $12/ticket + $1/ticket?

Is this correct?

I am not sure about the ticketfly charge amounts but your math on the box office purchase is correct.
