Will call and ticket exchange

Hi,

I bought tickets for "Tomorrow's Lady Gaga vs. Madonna vs. Kylie - a dance party with DJ lil'e" via will-call for a friend's birthday party. Unfortunately, too many people from the party were unable to buy tickets and the organizer has moved the evening plans to another club. So now I'm stuck with will-call tickets to a show I won't be able to attend.

Are will-call tickets available for pick-up before the evening of the show? I'd like to be able to exchange or give these tickets away to someone, but I obviously can't give them my id and credit card to pick them up  ::)

We do not offer exchanges, however you may pick up your tickets in advance from our box office in person.  The box office is open today from noon until 11pm and will reopen tomorrow at noon.  Additionally, you can call the box office directly regarding this order at 202-265-0930.
