At this juncture, is it safe to wait a while to buy tickets for the Friday moe. show? Also, any ideas on the set times?

Yes, at this juncture I would say you could wait a while before getting tickets for the Friday moe. show.

Probably looking at Set 1 kicking off at 9:00 PM-ish.
