Hello!

I bought a ticket for Ex Hex next week via Ticketfly and it looks like I won't make it due to work. I remember there was a way I could transfer the ticket (or allow someone else to use it) but I can't remember the specifics.
It's a will call ticket.

Is it that I have to give my friend a photocopy of my ID and a copy of the confirmation?

If the tickets were bought through Ticketfly and were always held at will call you can have a friend pick them up with the following items.

-Copy of your ID

-Copy of the Credit Card used to purchase

( all digits can be blacked out except for the last four)

-Confirmation number

Here is the other option. If you bought your tickets through Ticketfly and they were always held at will-call you can come to our Box Office anytime we're open and pick them up. That way you can just give them to your friend.
