Will Call name change - latest policy?

Hi, I searched the forum but couldn't find a recent post on this, so am posting as it's own topic to get the latest policy.

I can't make it to the Lush show due to work and I have a will call ticket. I want to give it to my friend. Can I change the will call pick-up name on the ticket? Or is there something he can bring to claim my ticket?

I know back in the day you accepted it if someone brought a xerox of my ID & my credit card to claim the ticket. Is that still acceptable or should we do something else?

If the tickets were bought through Ticketfly and were always held at will call you can have a friend pick them up with the following items. 

-Copy of your ID


-Copy of the Credit Card used to purchase

( all digits can be blacked out except for the last four)

-Confirmation number
