I would tend to agree with the idea that we can't blame the current president for everything that happened in 2001 and for the economic recession that started around that time. But I would certainly agree with the fact that this presidency hasn't succeded at all in trying to improve the situation. We still haven't been told the true reasons for going to war in Irak. Afghanistan appears to be a mess and hasn't improved at all since the war there. The economy is not doing well nor improving, they don't give a shit about the environment… and what is worse, if you are american and criticize the government you will be called a traitor. Patriotism is the word that is killing freedom and economic recovery in this country.
I wouldn't mind having Van Nistelroy and Beckham in Barcelona next year. Actually, they are among the five best players in Europe.
