Baltimore's New Slogan

"Get In On It"

Almost as bad as the Greatest City in America.

I'm from Baltimore and I just wish they'd come up with something that people won't make fun of all the time.
arent city slogans always lame?
I guess 'Smacktown, USA' was already taken?
wasnt DC's

"The American Experience" or something stupid like that?
I've always thought it was "Dork City" or "Dweeb City".

I always liked "Baltimore: The City that reads"

Sure that's a city slogan and not an advertising slogan?

Filmmaker John Waters said, "It's not catchy. I keep having to ask what it is again because I forget. That's OK. I don't hate it.

"I get what they're saying," Waters said. "What they're saying is, come celebrate real estate porn. You know, when people talk about how much their house cost at parties."

I'll bet Waters' house cost more than the house of anyone who posts on this board.

you never know . . . and waters doesn't go around talking about it at parties.
It is really eay to say "Baltimore - Get It On!" as opposed to saying "Baltimore - Get In On It."
I could live with that as a slogan.
I know what neighborhood he lives in, and it's definitely way more exclusive than my neighborhood.

Taking into consideration there are more Irish living outside the country than in it….the new tourism campaign is…….

….."Come to Ireland, there's not many of us left here"……

I'd say it should be.

"HOW MUCH?!!! FUCKSAKE"
The city that breeds

Get it on

hmmmm, and you wonder why we are the std capital of the us

I can't remember where I heard this, maybe Bill Mahr, but this captures it perfectly (and goes something like this):

DC, the Mallomar City. Chocolate on the outside protecting an all white center.
i see the "edgy" angle on the slogan, but it just doesn't roll off the tongue easily… maybe it works better in print… will be interesting to see how it gets re-adapted like the Believe slogan
Are you referring to the black cops who protect the white collar people from all of the black criminals?
