If he has any sense he is drinking all of my beer to help dull the pain - although he seemed to not be hurting to bad this morning, last night was another story. I'm sure if he finds my computer he will log on and give a report. In the meantime, I can tell you this: I was not responsible!
Send cards, flowers and vicodin to lulu and I am sure she will see that he gets them.

woohoo! a bikers' milestone achieved!
i remember the time i dislocated mine. Hoo-ey did that sucker hurt. But it's a very very common biker's injury, and we all have to face the music sometime. In some circles, it's a badge of pride and a rite of passage.
oooh, fun, now that i've finally got the hang of clipless pedals
something new to look forward to!

Unfortunately, no video. I had a camera but it wasn't out and I was riding in front of him.
As far as popping it back in, No, he went to the hospital. Probably so he could get a script ;)

My brother and I used to ride down the hill of our big long driveway on the farm we lived on when we were 8 or 9 or so. We'd race…and one day he crossed over and cut in front of me and wrecked me. Did something to my shoulder, put me out of little league action for the whole summer…though I refused to go to a hospital.
And if you didn't like that story, have i ever told you about the blue haired girl at the Pixies show.
Get well lil Markie, hope it doesn't keep you off the board.

my suggestion:
Nicotine, Valium, Vicodin, Marijuana, Ectasy and Alcohol
Nicotine, Valium, Vicodin, Marijuana, Ectasy and Alcohol
Nicotine, Valium, Vicodin, Marijuana, Ectasy and Alcohol

Hope he feels better soon and his elbow remains in working order…

just don't be that guy that stops at a sign/light, forgets to unclip in time, and just falls over. it's quite amusing for the rest of us to watch, but it's no fun to be stuck to a falling-over bike.
been there, done that
and i agree..it is no fun

Oh hello, 1 handed typing is not so quick.
Thanks for the best wishes.
It does not hurt right now so that is good.
but I am going to keep my arm in sling, which means no halo, which is bad.
I bought another bike just now, good, it could be while till I ride it,and someone is going to disslocate my other shoulder when they find out, bad.
sailor ripley looked real cute in his nursey uniform, oh wait, was that a dream, or no?

typing with one hand is tough (broken hand here, no halo for me either), but i'm getting faster each day.
healing vibes to you. i dislocated my shoulder catching a crowd surfer once. pulled the mel gibson thing, popped it back in and finished the show. it was a bad idea. you did the right thing.
