Meh. 'Going Against Your Mind' is the best 10 minute song I've heard in a while, but the rest of the demos are a little flat and inconsistent. Perhaps that will get fixed on the proper release.

ugh.. Roger Joseph Manning still isn't giving US fans any physical product love for his new CD "Solid State Warrior", it's coming out on CD in Japan but for the US market he's continuing the digital delivery method with Cordless records. a method which is still mac unfriendly…

Snow Patrol have announced that they will release their eagerly-awaited fourth album, 'Eyes Open', on 1 May.
Billboard reports that the album will be preceded by the single 'You're All I Have' on 24 April.
Among the songs on the 11-track album is 'Set the Fire to the Third Bar', a duet between Snow Patrol singer Gary Lightbody and Martha Wainwright.
Among the other guests who appear on the album are Ken Stringfellow of The Posies and Big Star, Iain Archer and The Vaselines' Eugene Kelly.

This album release – which is now April 9 – was hyped EVERYWHERE in Austin. Most bars had plastic 16 oz water cups listing the album and release date.
Saw them at Stubbs – the sound was awful. Not sure how the album will be…next time, NO shows at Stubbs.

I'm curious about the new Dears and the Stills record…
heard the new Morrisey and it's rather same-ole same-ole…the new Flaming Lips didn't blow me away either…
