you could have just gone to the club the night of, i'm sure there will be someone trying to get rid of a ticket. only a couple of times was i ever unable to get a ticket in front of the club for a sold out show.

that's what i do for every other sold-out show i want to check out, but i needed to be sure on this one …

I did the same. I remember going to other shows, David Byrne and Interpol the ones that come to my ming right now, and being able to get a ticket just before the show around the club. However, with the Arcade Fire, I didn't want this uncertainty going on until Sunday night.

rumour has is that the arcade fire will be at cafe st. ex after their show to dj.

maybe a lot of people will head straight home since it's a school night…let's hope so at least.

Don't count on it. They've only got one album and even with two covers, it was just about an hour.

But, it was the most enjoyable hour with my clothes on that I've had in some time!

A friend of mine bought tickets on ebay yesterday….I would have tried for a ticket at the show, but she had to see it. So I'll be there.

And, alas, I'll probably miss the afterparty – got a BIG new job, and it is keeping me BUSY.

there's no way i'm walking over to st ex in sub-zero temps after the show, only to find the downstairs ridiculously packed … anyone up for an afterparty at dc9? hopefully i can attract some assholes back from the show and have them kicked out.
