Fuck it, it's worth coming out a day early for, to see her 1st LA show on the tour. I have NO shame in wanting to see this. NONE.

Random question - are you intending for your signature "Le-a" to be pronounced Le-dash-ah?

Believe it or not, I've heard of more than one person with that name spelling, where they are pronouncing they are using the hyphen as an actual substitute for "dash."

As long as you have the right intentions (rooting for a trainwreck of epic proportions), I see nothing wrong with this.

The dash don't be silent.

Well…yeah, that's the main reason why I'd wanna go. But, believe I genuinely do loves me some Brit. Trashy, throwaway dance pop music is supposed to be taken at face value. I mean, if we can't acknowledge that she is just as culturally and musically relevant as whatever Pitchfork indie band like, for instance, Fleet Foxes, then we're not being fair.

what exactly have i done to earn this scorn?  i made a comment on ixkpd-bk's general disposition, as someone who knows him in real life i feel comfortable doing that.  nothing to do with britney… oh, wait, my bad.  it's manamitired.  apologies for assuming he'd make sense.

Where's the info!?!? GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!

I'm wondering if we'll get QOTSA? Morrissey? Adele? Metronomy? Fever Ray? Basement Jaxx? Massive Attack? Prodigy? Jay-Z?
I don't think we are getting the lineup today.  It was on the KROQ website yesterday that it will be announced this morn.  Now this morn on the website it's gone.  So who knows with the lineup.  Also usually if the announcement was today we would have heard something about it last night.  So who knows.
Who is ?confirmed? (so far): The Airborne Toxic Event, The Bug. Brian Jonestown Massacre, Buraka Som Sistema, Christopher Lawrence, Crystal Castles, Drop The Lime, Fleet Foxes, Flying Lotus, Franz Ferdinand, Girl Talk, The Hold Steady, The Killers, The Knux, Mike Patton, N.A.S.A., No Age, Noah and the Whale, Late of the Pier, Los Campesinos!, Lupe Fiasco, Paul McCartney, Paul Weller, Peanut Butter Wolf, The Presets, Sebastian Tellier, Themselves, Tinariwen, X
Joe. WHERE IS IT? WHERE IS THE LINEUP?

In the interest of reducing world Internet traffic, we can tell you that the lineup for the 2009 edition of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival will NOT be announced today. That?s according to Paul Tollett, the chief architect of the signature California rock festival, who feels the pain of fans who JUST. NEED. TO. KNOW.

Tollett says, ?I know everybody is going crazy, but we?re not stalling, we?re still working on the show. Everything we do is in service of the show, not in service of the announcement of the show. Believe me, we?re excited to tell everybody and we want to tell everybody, but the show is still being put together.?

they're really running the gammut from "guy from band who made rock and roll" to "band who's made the biggest mockery of rock and roll"

Coachella has it all!
