All I know is my wife and previous girlfriend both complained numerous times of being harassed while walking down Columbia Road in Adams Morgan. Statistics would bear out two things: Europe has much less non-Caucasians than America, and African-American males commit violent crimes at a far higher rate than Caucasian-American males.
