It's me – I know pot is illegal, but I do not see why. My point about being the passenger is that he was endangering no one. Like booze. it's only a problem if you get behind a wheel. Otherwise, it's your liver, go to town. And watch these sports events that our beer sponsors!!!!

I follow the law, and don't smoke up myself, but am allowed to disagree with it and think it should be changed. How 'bout some of those antiquated sodomy laws, my friend. In some states, your wife can't give you a blow…

I do agree though….if it's against the law expect to get prosecuted…if you don't like the law, tough shit. I think it's a stupid law that you drive on the right side of the road over here, but do I go round driving on the left?

have to agree with bags on both counts (pot and sodomy!) truth is, we should work our asses off to get a little more like our neighbo(u)rs to the north. They seem to understand that sex and drugs are none of the government's damn business, as long as no one gets hurt (and will someone please tell me when the last time someone died from a pot overdose, or a drinking and smoking accident? let alone anal sex…)

I somehow doubt that the actual act of anal intercourse has ever been responsible for a single death. point is, unprotected sex with multiple partners, and the right to engage in homosexual expressions of love, are two entirely different things.
