Shockingly, it's an immediate upgrade for Oakland, but not by much:  JaMarcus Russell, Charlie Frye, Kyle Boller and Bruce Gradkowski.  The Raiders can't afford both Campbell and Russell, so I suspect that Russell will be dealt or released by opening day.

I sent a message to the guy in my fantasy football league who's a Raider fan:

Jamarcus Russell:  Great Bust…or Greatest Bust?

I can't reprint what he replied but I can assure you it had nothing to do with football and a lot to do with certain sexual acts he would like to see performed on Russell.

my best friend is a raiders (and pens) fan and he's almost as excited with replacing "j(off the)marc" with campbell as he is with the nhl playoffs
