nah. i get some useful information here.
i don't need a pissing contest to see who has more friends and i don't need wankers that i don't want to have contact with anymore tracking me down with such ease.

friendster = 20-something professionals
myspace = guys who really like "the fast and the furious", high schoolers, emo/hardcore kids
they're both weird.

myspace & friendster are for losers. Losers who look for relationships with people they meet on the internet.
Having relationships with people one meets over the net has always been a reliable indicator for "Loser," a wretched person, possessing no life.

I for one have met and enjoyed the company of many people I have met via the internet.Not to mention making some valuable professional contacts as well.For instance, I would not have met any of the "Loons" if not for the internet.And as an aside,I have plenty of lifelong friends,but why limit yourself?I have developed real friendships as far away as Australia,which never would have happened otherwise. Cool,uncool,losers,winners.To each his own! I got on myspace for the music,but if I end up conversing with like minded individuals,all the better.

Well, I have learned that myspace is a haven for independent bands who make songs, etc., available. So, I'm gonna check it out (my sister got me to sign up for Friendster and I never did anything with it…didn't see the point, but if I can peruse new bands, that's pretty cool…)

Has anyone read
flawd's livejournal?
It's scary good reading. In some twisted way.
