What is wrong with this picture? HINT: There are two glaring errors. One guy is not FAILING.

I've been staring at Biden's socks for quite awhile this morning.
I'm now beginning to think that rather than wearing very long black socks, he is wearing a white face and hands.

Thank you, Relaxer. One thing that drives me ABSOLUTELY INSANE about this place is that guys see the Navy wearing black socks with khaki slacks so they assume that is correct. NO. SOCKS MATCH THE SLACKS, not vice versa. They are in the Navy. YOU are not.
