True, however if the team receiving the ball first luckily scores 1st, team number 2 will get 4 downs no matter what vs. Punting.
That's what I was getting at. Also, if Team 1 scores seven, Team 2 has the option to go for a two point conversion and then there is never a third possession.

I watch one game a year so know nothing of the announcers. But this guy was definitely annoying as fuck.
