Agreed. Whatever wrath she rains down on you will be worth it. Maybe, sometime, you get to enjoy a show independent of whether or not she likes it. Alternatively, she could find someone to go to Muse, and I'd go see the CBs with you.

Oh, I see how it is. I get sent to GwarBQ and this guy gets to go see the Chemical Brothers in the PNW with Sweets. Drew the short straw there, that's for sure . . .

So not really a conflict, but I am bitter that both the Bad Nerves and The Mysterines are doing US tours and skipping the DMV
They both have NYC shows, but I’m not that committed
The hives/bn show is not selling well
So maybe a game time decision

unless you're a huge styx fan and this is a bucket-list show, the resolution to this conflict is pretty obvious IMO. the pickups are going to be around for a while… bruce? tbd. (realistically, tbd if this show even happens…)
