Alaskan King Crab… better than any crustacean on the planet.

Blue crabs, while tasty are a fucking pain in the ass to eat.
snow crab better
Stone crab or dungeness are good too.
Crabs in general are a pain in the ass to eat. That's what makes the payoff so good. Crab meat is hands down my favorite.
My favorite type of bivalve mollusc would be the Oyster. I know that question hadn't been asked of me yet but I knew it was coming.  Mussels come in a close second.
Raw or cooked and how many dozen in a sitting.

For some reason I can't stand scallops.  Maybe it is because they aren't as fresh as the other choices. 
I'm pretty sure fresh scallops are fresh.
