Great, just noticed not a lot of people would have picked cincy. Those bastards are suppose to be good this year.

19 out of 25 still in for week 2 isn't bad…… 2 years ago in a small survivor pool I ran, there were 2 huge upsets in the "gimme" games in the first 2 weeks that meant almost everyone was out and the whole league only lasted 4 weeks…… not much surviving going on that year…..

someday, ggw, someday… at the moment i can bankroll a $100 loss. a grand is a bit much.
i was taught that you always measure a bet by what can be lost.
one down, six more to go…

Sigh. At least my kids don't come with an ethics rider that says I can't gamble on sports.

Last team I picked last year: Steelers
First team I picked this year: Steelers
Why did I pick a team I hated. LAST ELIMINATED LAST YEAR, FIRST THIS YEAR. GOD DAMN IT.

Unless someone else joins in the next 30 minutes, the final count is:

10 players @ $100
3 fools @ $1,000
Good luck everyone!
Just to update this:
25 players @ $5
9 players @ $100 (some guy named Ryan (email raodonne@gmail.com) didn't pay and isn't responding to emails)
3 studs @ $1,000
5 of the $5 players went out last week.
Good luck everyone!

Everyone survived except Chaz, who apparently forgot to make a pick.

we better hope Seattle wins, because with Minnesota losing, if they don't, the pool gets cut down to 2 after only 3 weeks….. well, of course the 2 aren't hoping for that…..

MIN takes down 5 folks… unfortunately none of them were in the $100 pool.
i'm surprised no one picked SF.

you might be thinking of Brian, but that was to the fantasy football league (not the survivor pool).

I could have sworn i made a pick this week. Well if that's not the worst way to be eliminated!
