(1) Bagley has 50% more letters than Bags.
(2) Bagley is (ostensibly) a diminutive of Bagle, not Bags.
(3) The meme, by depicting Bags as Danny Devito, slyly references back to Rhett referring to Bags as a porky midget for the old timers who remember that.
