If I travel outside of the country for work purposes, I'm required to use that passport, not my personal one. Not sure of the details, I just do as I'm told.

If you travel to countries that do not like each other, you often keep separate passports for that reason so they don’t see the stamps. Like if you are going to Iran, you can be refused entry if your passport has an Israel stamp.

I have no idea why Space would need two unless he has some sort of diplomatic travel element to his work he’s completely underplayed.

According to my archives, isn't space a bean counter for some gov agency? Doesn't seem to fit the bill of needing separate passports. Additionally, someone as thrifty as $pace should be happy that someone else paid for his passport.

I have presented papers at conferences outside the US. I was scheduled to present at an international conference back in April. I was told to use my government passport while on work travel and not to use it while on personal travel, hence the need for two. Yawn.

So Trump has until the 28th to sign or Veto
Mitch already plans to have the Senator's back on the 29th

so they could do two things
Override the veto
change it to get the stimulus to $2k per person …but what would that take, wouldn't it have to go to the House to write a new bill.  Might takes weeks/Months?

What if they override the veto and just send a one-page bill through both houses in a day that adds $1400 per person and that's it
Seems like the easy way to get it done quick

There's only one bill. It funds the govt and includes the stimulus money.


A modification would have to go to the house. Pelosi has signaled support, so that should go fast, other than the logistics of a vote.
