Predictions:
Favre will be a huge bust. The Jets will improve to 6-10 but Brett will realize he should have taken the $20mn and stayed in Mississippi.
The Cowboys will suck. Simpson will dump Romo before the midway point of the season.
Colt Brennan will start a game for the Redskins before the year is out.
Neither the Giants nor the Patriots will make it to their respective conference championship games.
Seth Hurwitz will go out of the suicide pool by week 3 at the latest.

the NFL will continue to suck.
traffic will be horrendous in my neighborhood for 7 Sundays and one monday again.
espn will continue to completely ignore hockey score in lieu of millionaire NFL player drama, arrests and positive drug testing.
kyle boller will still suck.
i will be out of the suicide pool in week 2 again.

I really hope Chad Pennington doesn't go to the Chiefs. He's not ready to be taken out back and shot yet… well, so long as he doesn't tear his rotater again.

Kyle Boller will still suck but continue to be cute.
The Ravens will only win 5 games, but will beat the crap out of the Redskins.
Tom Brady will fall and break his ankle. (I make this prediction every year)
I will rule the world my first year of playing fantasy football.
(On a side note, a good friend of mine recently became the blogger for the Washington Redskins. It has kind of a "behind the scenes" theme to it and I think it's pretty awesome so far!)

The Cincinnati Bengals will once again reign supreme in the AFC North, sweeping the Steelers, Browns, and Ravens and finally playing decent defense under Marvin Lewis. Wooo! WHO DEY?
Other predictions:
- Keith Rivers will win defensive rookie of the year after accumulating 400 tackles and decapitating Flacco.
- Chinedum Ndukwe will break the NFL record for INTs in one season. Half of the INTs will come against the turnover-prone Browns.
- Carson Palmer will win the league MVP and be named Obama's running mate.

My predictions:
The Vikings (10-6) will dominate the NFC North.
The Packers will have a winning season (9-7), but not make the playoffs.
The Bears (8-8) will still be in the same place they were at the end of last season: no consistently good QB (unless for some crazy reason, they get Chad Pennington), Mike Brown will have a season-ending injury and Devin Hester will continue to be the baddest motherfucker on the planet.
Oh, and the Lions (6-10) will be in dead last.
GO BEARS!!!

Prediction: The people who named their twins "Brett" and "Favre" will burn in hell, and their kids will turn out to be total douchebags.

BOLD PREDICTIONS:
No team from the NFC East wins a playoff game.
The leading passer for the year does not have the last name Brady or Manning.
The San Francisco 49ers have the league's top-rated defense but fail to miss the playoffs.
A team other than Seattle finally wins the NFC West.
The Redskins fire Jim Zorn after a 6-10 finish.
The winner of the AFC North has an 8-8 record.
This year's best hope for an 0-16 finish: Oakland

So then this means they will make the playoffs. Yeah!
