i just had a look on stubhub - 418 tickets to the st paddy's day show in NYC are currently listed. if you believe that the roseland can hold 3,450 people, that's 12% of all tickets. tons of them on ebay too. looks like supply > demand… be on the lookout for falling ticket prices :)
