Shows this weekend?

Try venues other than those in Cleveland Park or the Bethesda Holiday Inn. Both 9:30 Club and Iota have cool shows going on from what I see.

I have checked everywhere…and hardly ever go to Bethesda unless it's for Indian food actually. Even if I hadn't checked all the venues, the fact that you said they're cool is confirmation they're total feces.

Even Baltimore sucks tonight Mank, or I'd try to woo you up here. Well, it sucks up here a lot anyway. The worst is the Recher Theatre with Hanson. :confused: Almost can't believe that kid crap is sold out! Just goes to show that there are still a lot of teeny boppers around who are getting out to shows.

And here I had tought that she was cooler than that. Oh, well. She's still very young and can be forgiven. It's sold out anyway, so no luck for her on that front. Of course, there's always the 9:30 Board Ticket Exchange section. :D

No, she's cool enough, and laughs at herself for still liking them actually. They were the first band she got into though so I think it's more sentimental than anything else. Well that and she's 14 and thinks the middle Hanson kid is hot!!!!

Well I did not end up staying for Steve Wynn, but the Fruit Bats were great despite a short set and not having the full band along for this tour. Took me long enough to finally go to Iota, but I was really impressed and may be going back October 6th for Richard Buckner.

Sorry Rhett, did not get any info about Pernice Brothers and didnt see any posters for them up indicating that they would be coming back soon.

Did you hear Celeste yell "Hi Jadetree" as we passed you as we were driving down Wilson Blvd?

Thanks for checking about PB. It's possible they still may be added to the Iota schedule. Iota tens to book acts closer to the actual date since they don't bother with selling advance tickets.
