Just announced (or at least new to me):
June 21 - Black Eyes
June 27 - Jets to Brazil
July 6 - Sorry About Dresden
July 10 - The Fall (yow!)
They put others up as well, but these are the ones that jumped out at me.

Is it just me, or are the Raveonettes extremely boring?

Extremely boring is a bit harsh. I think plain boring would be fairer.

Found this about The Statistics as well, they are on some label called jade tree -
Omaha, Nebraska's all-star Statistics is the new band from Desaparecidos founder, main songwriter and guitarist Denver Dalley. Complementing, yet expanding upon Denver's efforts with the Saddle Creek powerhouse he fronted with Conor Oberst (Bright Eyes), Statistics is percolating, hushed electro-pop melded with power-rock dynamics and pure, timeless hooks.

Black Cat's having some mad noise this summer.
- Black Eyes
- Melt Bananna
- The Locust
- The Ruins
OH man, those will be some sweet shows, not too much some good dancefloor action at the Pietasters/Shakedowns show.

- Black Eyes - DC No-wave, lots of drums, white boy go-go screamo, with Dischord production qualities
- Melt Bananna - Japanese Art-punk, no-wave, Japa-Noise
- The Locust - San Diego sci-fi grind/screamo with an organ & costumes. Trendy bastards with tight pants and belt buckles, youth size t-shirts.
- The Ruins - Japanese brutal prog, originators of no-wave.

Paige, you'll forever keep my hopes up, and also always be there for me to whine to about how hope sucks.
