Prepare to be disappointed.
He is not the handsome, dashing, intelligent, kindhearted lad he portrays himself to be on this board.
Worst of all, I think he even wears boat shoes from Chess King.

Are you sure you are not thinking about some other GGW?
Atually it might be the same one as his clothes taste does sometime leave something to be desired.

Rhett has a very complex series of formulas and alogorithms (sp?) to determine the entertainment value of a show. Collecting a few quarters off the ground would throw his life's work completely out of whack.

I do it. Usually just under the stage. Found a $20 bill there once. Security was peeved…
But even if it is a quarter, if it is covered in gunk, I will leave it there.

i have found hundreds of dollars on the floor of the club over the years. finding money on the floor is also known as a "door staph tip."

i sometimes while drinking water after a show will walk around seeing if money is down or if band memebers have come out…

Now I know what I'm gonna go dressed up for Halloween as: The floor under the stage of the 09:30 Club. Just paste dollar bills to your clothes and spray with silly string!

I normally don't find money. What I typically discover are the guitar picks that get thrown at people, and they are just too drunk to catch them or even notice.
