A new concert was announced this week featuring some well-known racist bands. I decided to list them– BUT with a bold disclaimer and a link to find out more about their beliefs and the controversy around them. Is that enough? How do you think this should be handled?

Just list everything. You don't need to make moral decisions on bands. If you were going to go that root you would have to not include any RAP peformers as most of them have either sexist or racist lyrics. If you aren't excluding anything you aren't promotoing bands.
I think adding a disclaimer isn't neccessary and actually is promoting them and giving them the attention they want.
