Eternal Summers

See, like this.  I know nothing of this band (or is that an album?).  I think people should be required to add some context to their posts, both here and in "What are you listening to?".  A link to the band's page would be nice.  Or a statement saying, "This sounds exactly like early Bee Gees, I think you'll love it!".  That said, I've found that Hutch's recommendations are nearly spot on for my taste.

So what are we to make of this Eternal Summers that you speak?
LOL.

I usually add a link to iTunes or Bandcamp or a short writeup.

Eternal Summers is founded by the Roanoke, VA duo of Nicole Yun and Daniel Cundiff, but added bassist Jonathan Woods for the recording and release of 2012′s Correct Behavior. Opening with Pitchfork-deemed Best New Track, ?Millions,? Correct Behavior is, as you would expect with the addition of a new member, sonically fuller than their debut album Silver and earlier EPs including Prisoner and the material collected and released as The Dawn of Eternal Summers.

Early on, Eternal Summers was writing jangly post-punk stompers (Pogo, Able To) and languid dream pop ballads (Safe at Home, Lightswitch). And while Correct Behavior still reaches the upbeats (I Love You) and the slowbeats (Good as You), album opener (Millions) blends the disparate aspects of their back catalog into a coherent sound that is uniquely theirs. It is bright, fresh and bridges any gaps that might arise from what they once lovingly called dream-punk.
The LOL was in regards to the fact that I pretty much said the same thing in the 2012 or 2013 new albums thread; since people kept posting random bands without links or anything.

If only there was a band who sound exactly like the Bee Gees
Only gave that Eternal Summers one listen while the Pandora stream was up. Reminded me more of their first record than Correct Behavior.
Are you guys enjoying the new Beck album?

I've probably listened to it a dozen times in the past week.
^ I actually still need to hear this.

The real kings of Pizza.  They are getting ready to drop their debut EP #funeral.  MC Wreckshin and Benjamin Bear team up with Satan (and other guests) for eight slices of hip-hop delight.
1. Do not give opinions or advice unless you are asked.
2. Do not tell your troubles to others unless you are sure they want to hear them.
3. When in another?s lair, show him respect or else do not go there.
4. If a guest in your lair annoys you, treat him cruelly and without mercy.
5. Do not make sexual advances unless you are given the mating signal.
6. Do not take that which does not belong to you unless it is a burden to the other person and he cries out to be relieved.
7. Acknowledge the power of magic if you have employed it successfully to obtain your desires. If you deny the power of magic after having called upon it with success, you will lose all you have obtained.
8. Do not complain about anything to which you need not subject yourself.
9. Do not harm little children.
10. Do not kill non-human animals unless you are attacked or for your food.
11. When walking in open territory, bother no one. If someone bothers you, ask him to stop. If he does not stop, destroy him.

It's officially official!
Only seven tracks though? I guess it is better than no tracks.
It's an EP.

I guess when you call it a "record," you don't have to be specific about how long it is.
