There are different meteorological organizations with radars who attempt to track and predict storms. "Euro" is one of the big four.
Is that one actually more accurate?

I mean, not really. All the big ones get things right sometimes and sometimes not. Its one of the more established (read: correct) models. There is no definitive "always right" one or there wouldn't be multiple models.
