Does anybody know if Hampton will be spared?  Are there any show cancellations for the Hampton area for this weekend?  Should I avoid Hampton?

good point but probably should crosspost on the Hampton thread (if you haven't done so yet)

my understanding is, that is the case even if there is no snow
but wadaIknow
Will there be mail delivery on Saturday? I need disk 3 of Mr. Robot.

I just looked up Snowmageddon, which was Fri-Sat storm. The did cancel delivery on Saturday of that one so there is precedent.

So, I guess that whole "neither ran nor sleet nor snow of night" thing is a bunch of bullshit.

I remember a hurricane a couple of years back or maybe it was a snowstorm and they were delivering in the middle of it out here in Arlington.. I was pretty surprised given people had been told to stay off the streets…

Still at the office. My manager has to drive back to freaking Front Royal. It's like she's tempting fate.
I just did my Saturday nine mile run 24 hours early.

There were a couple of 20something women jogging in the opposite direction and one yelled "Way to get it in."

I yelled back, "That's what my wife yelled last night."

King of the Hill is on at my house.
Find out where the plows are in VA

is your spot on the list
Snowing like a big dog, out here in the sticks.  Started, at 1130 to 12. Maybe an inch or pusing 2 already.  Good times.

Hmph. I did 17 this morning.  Flakes started falling just after 1, here.

I would have been furious if it had been on this list. But remember, this is a secret sledding spot. It's hidden in plain view, but no one ever uses it. It's so weird, I can't get over it.
