Dusty Baker says African-Americans are underrepresented in MLB. Shouldn't we be doing something about that?

Well national soccer federations typically give players a fixed sum depending on how far they get in World Cup tournament but there is no salary per se… players get salaries from their clubs…

The World Cup for players really isn’t about the $ but the glory.
