Bands you'd reunite

it would be classic to see Mark Wahlberg back on stage with the other 5
wasn't it Donnie? (very proud of my nkotb trivia I am)

Mark was in the band then left "to be a kid", as he put it, right before NKOTB made it huge. Eveybody was making fun of him for leaving the band and I'm sure he was pretty upset too (I'm sure Donnie gave him lots of shit for leaving). Ahhh, look who's laughing now.
aaaah, I see…

Sexual Chocolate. Their version of "The Greatest Love of All" is truly heart wrenching.
Oh yeah, this is my band Sexual Chocolate! That would be a great opener for anyone.
Ben Harper and the Innocent Criminals (the Criminals from the Live CD and prior, not to in love with the ones on the Diamond CD)

Ben Folds Five (thought they were better together than apart)

Sponge, Expanding Man, Tribe Called Quest, Brand New Heavies, Soul Coughing

And the pop in me would like to see Van Halen back with Sammy Hagar, but don't think they are young enough to play anymore (haha)

yes, oh yes…that must have been quite the show, back in the day.
The Wanktones
The Slickee Boys (for more than a yearly reunion)
Razz
__________

Catherine Wheel (listen for 50Ft. Monster)
Swervedriver
Ride (without going into detail, that's sort of in the works)
Slowdive
My Bloody Valentine
Moose
The Jesus And Mary Chain
Roxy Music (WITH Eno - they did tour last year but no Eno)
Ultravox
The Stone Roses
Lush (if we can bring back the dead)
Can
Soft Machine (the early version)
Velvet Underground (again, if we can bring back the dead)
Curved Air
Jag

I loved Lush…..I didn't put them on my list because of the drummer's ( I think ) suicide……..I still listen to them quite a bit….whst does the 50 ft. Monster comment mean concerning Catherine Wheel ? They are still one of my all time favorites….
There's a new project in the works with some of the guys from Catherine Wheel. Don't know much yet but I do have an MP3 I got from a friend. Sounds very Catherine Wheelish. Keep your fingers crossed.

The same said friend had a connection with one of them and told me that one had gone into some sort of investment brokerage or some financial kind of job. Another was working in some kind of energy department. All in the UK, of course. Rob Dickson was still plugging away with Serafin and one of the other guys was sometimes working with him. I need to go bug my friend some more.

Yes, caught them at the very end of this lineup at College Park. It was amazing, one of the most disorienting concert experiences (no drugs involved) and was killer. The next time I saw them they were down to one drummer (old 930 club shows), and lost some of the vibe.

tsk tsk…what would gibby say?
Spacemen 3: Of course seeing how Sonic and the Spacemen don't talk and the Spacemen being pissed off at Sonic's re-releasing of Spacemen 3 material it will never happen. However, Sonic did go to a Spiritualized gig in LA this last tour. I would just like to hear Transparent Radiation live with Mr. Pierce on guitar.
If i could only choose one band it would be:

The Refused

and a few of the ones you people mentioned

oh, and Pink Floyd.

I was one of the gimps who had to load in/load out that show. I did take King Coffee to their dressing room and when the door opened and the cloud of smoke came out I got a contact high…

yup. the show is really quite addictive…even though 'too shy' may be one of the worst singles of all time. *hush hush, eye to eye* dammit, if it's so terrible, why's it stuck in my head?
