They were kind of like a proto-Sleater-Kinney. Well, not exactly, I guess. But anyway, I liked them. Tanya Donnelly has released a few solo albums over the years since Belly's demise, but she doesn't seem to want to rock out the way Belly did. Her solo release last year, Whiskey Tango Ghosts, was really quite good though.
The Toadies
