SATURDAY
11-12 working the ccrg booth
12 Cat Power
1 Skating
2 The Swell Season
Maybe a little Lupe at the end?
3:45 Bloc Party
6 Skating
Then catching the rest of Chuck Berry and the Silver Beats
8:15 Foo Fighters

SUNDAY
12:30 Chromeo
1:30 Skating
2:30 She & Him
4 Lil Wayne
5 Iggy and no Equipment
6 Skating
8+ Torn between NIN and Kanye

FYI, cat power was absolutely horrible at lolla. alienated people so much that many promised to never see her again.

nin vs kanye: it's all about the biceps.

Didn't think she was horrible. But it really was a letdown. I can listen to her all day on an IPod. I had never seen her before Lollapalooza and was looking forward to her show. I just thought that she was terribly dull. I'd check her out again…I'm guessing that she is usually a bit more impressive?

cat power was indeed horrible with the blues band. Too much cover songs.

how dare you say such things. Its like if you took two of the best British bands ever, melded them together and then put a sort of american feel to it…you get BRMC.

NIN vs. Kanye is interesting

Because technically NIN is 10,000 times better and more talented and more original and probably puts on a better show.

On the other hand, in 5 years, you wont be able to see a Kanye show…not headlining any festival anyway.

and how in the world has one managed NOT to have seen Kanye West live yet????? I have tried to avoid him and i have STILL seen him twice!

I havent seen NIN since 1991 though.

Yes, I was offered a booth to sell some concert posters. We will have some cool ones that will not be for sale on our site including new ones for The Faint, Melvins, We Are Scientists, among others. Hopefully I can break away to see Dylan, Chuck Berry, Gogol Bordello, and Sharon Jones.

Nope. She's a legendarily awful performer. When she was drinking, she used to have really awkward near-breakdowns on stage.
