The Angels staff has seemed pretty inconsistent thus far.
HEY REDSOCK!
And perhaps the Cardinals, who have been uniformly bad.

Originally posted by pollard:Well, Morris lowered his era to a respectable 4.20,and Marquis is an incredible 5.56, which is just below the staff era of 5.43. I guess those starts helped a ton, because the rest of the starting staff doesn't have an era under 6.00!

once the pitching is better they should go on a nice little run, the offense certainly is not having any problems

Roger Clemens is still God………..and Bartolo Colon is Jesus.

2/3 IP, 4 Hits, 4 Runs, 4 ER, 1 Walk, 0 SO, 2 HRs for an 11.25 ERA
for his second blown save this season (though he was only credited with one because he gave up the first 4 runs, but not the tying run last week).
Danny Kolb………Save #3, great news for my fantasy team.

I had McDougal last year and i thought he pitched decent. His ERA was high because he gave up alot of runs in NON save situations. Angel Berrao alone cost him three saves with errors in the ninth inning last year.

Is there a pattern developing here?
nice pitch pedro…how do you say "most over-rated pitcher in the AL" in Dominican, or whatever language he speaks.

Pedro is a jackass, but i dont think he's overrated. I think his time is finally coming to an end but even a mediocre Pedro is still better than most pitchers. I'm sure if he continues to pitch poorly he'll go to his headhunting tactics like he always does.
Originally posted by jakez468:You've got to be kidding me. I hate Pedro as much as the next guy, maybe even more. But I think that he could go 9-10 this year and still not be overrated. His numbers speak for themselves.
