Just for the record I refuse to have my mans & 'em, S Dot Cell dragged into this tomfoolery. He's far from a racist/"heart of glass" holder, etc. Then again, maybe he does own some Blondie records, what the fuck do I know? But back to the subject at hand, S Dot is far more educated & "non-partisan" than a lot of other posters/closet racists here on the board.

And for the record, as a black man (but most importantly a human being) Bull930 does not speak for me. Bull, you opened up a can of worms so eat up, homey. I could swear I forewarned you on this whole racial soapbox thing & crying "wolf!" but you're a grown ass man, so do you. This whole racial spin thing's getting outta control here on the board . . . I understand some people make these posts tongue-in-cheek, and that's all good cause I like a laugh as much as the next guy but some people here . . . . whatever. Why waste keystrokes.
I THINK I'M GOING TO SLAP MYSELF!!!
but ice cube redeemed himself in are we there yet?

Well, as a card carrying cracka let me tell you. I think black music for the most part is hate mongering, either to whites or women, and complete and utter garbage. As for wanting to dress like blacks, not me! Why would I want to walk around with my jeans hanging below my arse, and a baseball cap just about balancing on my head and the picture of a dead rapper on my t-shirt. I get a laugh out of watching Cops and seeing the young black kids trip over their jeans when they fall down as they're trying to run away. I can appreciate it's an urban fashion statement and all that, but I wouldn't want to dress like it, they just look like 'tards' in my opinion.

BTW…why would I want check on my ears? Is that a new thing that the black community is starting? Checkerboard ear tattoos?

There's some pointed commentary up in there, no doubt. But I would hardly call "Cave Bitch" an indictment of all white women. It more or less is speaking to white golddiggers/groupies. And it definitely exists. Once again, this is a sticky ass subject, so I don't wanna get too far into it.
I'm not saying it's cool for anyone to be racist. but based on history and my heritage as an Ethiopian, that's how I feel.

so like reggae, bad brains, the blues, the majority of jazz music, past and current r&b? that's probably not what you mean.

wow. nice contextualizin

now you just sound hateful
Like I said…for the most part. I can't stand jazz or r&b. Some regae I do like, and blues is just awful. You forgot Motown. Now some of that is just timeless and classic.

thats what I meant by "past R&B". mowtown was a 'sound'just like altlantic/stax artists like aretha franklin , same and dave etc had a 'sound'. they're both r&b tho.

all I am saying is that he is wrong for saying this and then when he gets heat for his comments he is all of the sudden sorry.

(yes, i know, i'm falling for his silliness… i just kills me to think that he might actually believe himself. self-control has never been my strong suit!)
this is what you posted earlier. can you even read?
you really hurt my feelings.

Oh, my. This is far from the first time that I've questioned that about a certain punctuated boardie.
bull… those comments weren't directed at you. please go back and check out the context - for example, read the post right before my "once = observation" comment. my musings in parenthesis were a general mea culpa to everyone, again not directed at you. i can assure you that you misread my comments. so i have no reason to say sorry since i haven't done anything wrong :)
"My name is Bull and I want to punch you and leave ????????? and !!!!!!!!!!! on your face!!!"

Pretty sure the comments you speak of were directed towards Dupek.

Can't we all just get back to hating gays, the dreaded invisible minority? It's the one thing we can all agree on!
If I had a dollar for every time someone inaccurately states "well Chris Rock and Dave Chappelle talk about white people!!!" then I wouldn't be sitting here at work typing in my useless two cents worth of opinion haha I can't come up with too many examples where either comedian has really ever put white people in the hot seat save a random side joke. However if you listen to bits like Chris Rock's "N***as vs Black People" you'd know that he's FAR more scathing in critiquing his own race.
To further illustrate my point..direct from Mr. Rock himself:

I had to laugh on the way into work….Mancow is on and believe me when I tell you fl radio is absolutely the worst ever. Anyway, Mancow it was this morning, and here he is ranting on at how this Imus character should be fired for his racist comments. He has this sidekick called Al Rocker Jr. (Should be Al Sharpton Jr!) and this Al is calling white people who call in 'crackas'….now to me, 'cracka' is the white version of 'nigger' so while mancow is ranting on at firing a white racist he's condoning a black racist on his own staff. Kind of proves my point from yesterday.

I'm beginning to question if this Imus hasn't said these comments simply for the publicity, because he's certainly getting it now.

Mind you, this Al is so racist I'm sure he accuses God of being racist because clouds are white.
