The Rolling Stones schedule has a gap between their Pittsburgh and Hershey/DC dates that includes the 30th.
I think I'm still guessing U2. I can't think of anybody else that really fits the description, if the Stones are thrown out as a possibility. U2 has no dates in Baltimore, and has the week off.
