Does anyone know what band is playing at Sonar on Friday, September 30? On their website it says that the band is an "arena band." Thanks.

they will announce this on Wed 8/31 at 10am.

and i highly suggest you go to their site then.

My guess is that it's the Rolling Stones. I remember a rumor going around about how they were going to do some small shows.

The Stones are playing the 1st Mariner Arena on 2/1/06.

Beck is a possibility: 9/29 in Boston, 10/01 in Pennsylvania opening for the Stones who are in Pittsburgh 9/28.

and julian, the killers will be in wantagh, ny on that date. :)

it also won't be pearl jam, who are playing in atlantic city on that date.
